The content published on The Spiritual Centre explores spirituality, folklore, mythology, Ogham and Celtic tree lore, traditional beliefs, healing traditions and related subjects. It is provided for personal, educational and spiritual exploration.

Much of this material concerns traditions, beliefs and interpretations that have developed across different cultures and periods of history.

Where health, healing practices, plants or traditional remedies are discussed, the information describes traditional or historical uses and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace appropriate professional healthcare.

We aim to keep our published material accurate and useful and may revise, expand or correct content as our research and understanding develop.

AI Agents and Interactive Services

The Spiritual Centre may provide AI-powered agents and interactive services, including Bruce the Concierge, tour guides and other specialist AI agents developed for different areas of the website.

These services use artificial intelligence to provide conversation, guidance, navigation or information. AI agents are not live human operators, and their responses are generated during each interaction. They may occasionally provide information that is incomplete or inaccurate.

Some interactive services may be provided free of charge while others may require payment. Where payment is required, the price, access period and features of the service will be shown before purchase.

Children and Young People

The Spiritual Centre welcomes visitors of all ages. However, parents and responsible adults are encouraged to be aware of and supervise a child’s use of our AI agents and interactive services. Services specifically identified as being for adults, including card readings, are not available to anyone under the age of 18.

We have taken reasonable measures within these services to provide appropriate safeguards and safer experience for our younger visitors.
Where an AI agent has reason to believe that a child may be at risk or that continuing a conversation may be inappropriate, the conversation may be restricted or ended.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the service.

Purchases and Payments

Where The Spiritual Centre offers paid services, the price and what is included will be clearly displayed before payment is made.

Payment provides access to the service described at the time of purchase. Prices, services and access periods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect a purchase already made.

Immediate Access and Cancellation

Some services are designed to begin immediately after purchase. Where you expressly request immediate access, the service may begin during the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Your right to cancel may be affected once the service has begun and may be lost once the service has been fully provided, in accordance with your statutory rights. Where your express consent or acknowledgement is required, this will be obtained as part of the purchasing process.

If a paid service cannot be provided because of a fault with The Spiritual Centre or its systems, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access, providing replacement time or issuing a refund.

Responsible Use and Spending

The Spiritual Centre is committed to providing its AI facilitator services responsibly. For this reason, we limit purchases for these services to £50 in any 24-hour period.

This limit is intended to reduce the risk of excessive spending and to provide an additional safeguard for anyone who may become dependent on this service. It cannot be increased on request.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, research, interpretations, artwork, images and other material published by The Spiritual Centre are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

You are welcome to read, enjoy and share links to our material. You may also quote reasonable extracts where permitted by law and appropriately acknowledge The Spiritual Centre as the source.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or used to create substantially similar material without permission.

Acceptable Use
