What is the spiritual meaning of Snake?
Snake brings re-birth, re-incarnation, fresh start, shed everything around you that you don't need.
Why does the Snake appear now?
Snake is warning you of all the things around you that you don't need, its time to move on and let go of the past. Live for now, it's the past that has made you who you are today. So live for today.
How do I call upon Snake?
Snake will move alongside you without you knowing and allow you to walk forward without hindrance.
Snake sheds it skin when it wants to let go, it is in a state of constant renewal, allowing all that it does not need to fall away. It will shed its entire skin, anything between 6 and 24 times each year. Each time reaching a new level of awareness and achieving a new wisdom, new sensitivities, almost as if a new body emerges that is bigger and better than the last.
The Druids and the celtic nations used the snake skins to ward of incompatible energies, travelling between the realms and moving from one body to another was encouraged by the symbolism of snake. Seeking out past lives, trauma's, past mis-deeds, new solutions, new beginnings within the astral realms were all made possible with the essence and being of snake.
If snake appears in your dreams it is telling you to let go of what does not serve you, your energy is your own and allow your energy to influence others. If there are people or energies influencing you, then it is with your permission. Don't let others interfere with you.
The venom from a snake is a powerful poison, the ingredients of the venom is also a powerful medicine. The snake is ever evolving, striving to achieve, looking for new experience, each new experience brings fresh wisdom, and a renewed awareness of what was. Snake gains fresh perspective with every move, as snake moves sideways across the sand it leaves the perfect ripple each one as perfect as the last, the height, depth and distance almost measured to perfection. Within minutes the land, sea and sky remove all traces of the snake having passed.
The Rod of Asclepius is recognised as an international symbol of healing, an upright sword with a single snake climbing up. It is Asclepius who schooled and was schooled by Hippocrates on the isle of Kos. The two of them creating the foundations for medicine as we know it in Western civilisations. The Asclepeion in Kos becoming one of the medical centres that changed the world of medicine and healing practices at that time.
Kundalini is an ancient practice that allows the snake to rise within the body, healing all ailments and bringing mind, body and spirit together as one, thus achieving true enlightenment in that moment of orgasmic energy.
Medical science accepts two strands of DNA within the human body because they have proved them to be, they accept the third strand exists but deny its being because at this moment it can't be proved. This third strand is the snake that sheds its skin, the Ivy that cannot be seen, it is the unseen for a reason... somethings are meant to be experienced but not seen.
